We offer several different workshops at Anadi Ayurveda.

Our goal is to make Ayurveda more accessible for everyone and through our workshops show how Ayurveda can be used in so many areas to create health. Ayurveda is a broad system which is why we offer specific workshops on key areas of Ayurveda and its applications.
