This workshop is designed to explore Ayurveda’s approach to women’s health.  We will address the major areas of importance for women including: menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause.  We will explore the Ayurvedic perspective on how we treat ourselves and our bodies throughout these critical times of our lives.  However, no matter what our circumstances or life choices are, Ayurveda can help us to fulfil all of our potential.

Ayurveda can be widely utilised to support and guide women to feel whole and empowered,  liberating them to fulfill all of their life’s goals.  We will also discuss daily routine as a means for preventing illness and enhancing quality of life.

This workshop will also cover the dangers of processed chemicals in women’s beauty products and the Ayurvedic alternative.
